Paweł Pajka joins immo lab

Paweł Pajka joined the immo lab team as Business Development Manager. Paweł is responsible for supporting tenants in the warehouse and office market.

Paweł is an expert with over 10 years of professional experience on the commercial real estate market. He specializes primarily in tenant representation, negotiations, and effective planning of operational space.

He gained his experience in selling as well as leasing office space in Maxon Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. and as an independent advisor supporting companies in business development by acquiring new office and warehouse space. He was also associated with Prologis, one of the leading global developers of warehouse space, where he was responsible for the leasing of four logistics parks with a total area of over 290,000 sqm.
