The idea of creating a specialized Polish advisory company to support investors, real estate landlords and developers has been in the making for the past 10 years.

It is said that there is no good time to leave the corporate world and start a new business.  However, life writes its own scripts and a series of events led to the creation of immo lab.

Because of our experience including the successful conclusion of hundreds of transactions in the investment real estate sector, as well as our market knowledge, we established a company that provides business and consultancy services. As a group of advisors and brokers, we have the competences to effectively support the client at every stage of the investment process. We are able to develop a complete investment product on the basis of one element, such as land investment. Our experts will organize financing, choose a general contractor, and find a buyer for the completed building. We strive to create a business scheme which is tailor-made for each project we have the pleasure of managing.

Daniel Puchalski

Daniel is an expert with almost 20 years of experience on the Polish real estate market and 30 years of professional experience overall.

Prior to founding immo lab, he was associated with international consulting agencies for many years - first, in Colliers International, and later in JLL, where he established and managed the land investment department. Then, as Managing Partner at Knight Frank, he directly supervised not only the investment division, but also the landlord and tenant representation units. He has cooperated with more than 200 investors in the capital real estate market and developers representing all segments of the RE sector.

Daniel is also involved in PropTech projects, which is supported by his competences gained at the beginning of his career in the telecommunication and new technologies sectors, where he created sales teams in Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (Era GSM/T Mobile), Netia Telekom, and Comverse Technology.

During his career he has advised on the sale of land investment throughout Poland with a total area of approximately 50 million sqm and a value of approximately PLN 5 billion. Furthermore, he has participated in the sale of companies and investment properties worth around PLN 2 billion.

Paweł has experience in many areas related to the real estate market - he specializes in the controlling and financial analysis of development projects. Over the years, he has participated in numerous investment processes, both in the execution and commercialization of investments in the office (GD&K Group) and residential markets (Murapol S.A.).

In recent years, he has been involved in market analysis and consultancy. He currently supports a start-up based on the sharing economy concept, whose mission is to manage the renting gap in the Polish housing sector.

He holds a state licence as a real estate agent and has extensive experience in major financial corporations. He has served as chairman of the board in several commercial real estate and financial intermediary companies. He has organized numerous conferences on legal, financial and real estate investment topics. He is a certified mediator in business matters.

He has more than 15 years of experience working with international companies as well as developing his own business initiatives. Between 2007 and 2017, in cooperation with Raben Group, he launched the largest groupage transport network in Ukraine, including the first professional cross-dock platform and a number of technological solutions, such as voice picking, among others. Since 2017, it has been running its own service and programme business in the residential real estate segment. In 2020, he created Maxify, a unique software platform for dynamic pricing in the residential segment, in collaboration with developer SAGA. The software helps to increase revenues and project efficiency. It is noteworthy that it has contributed to SAGA's rapid growth, being listed as one of the TOP10 developers in Kiev in 2021. In 2022, Maxify expanded internationally to Poland, German-speaking countries and the Caucasus, among others.

In late 2022, together with Property Forum, it launched the ‘Rebuilding Ukraine Together’ initiative and co-organised online webinars and offline panel discussions on Ukraine across Europe, connecting professionals from the Ukrainian market with Western European companies interested in doing business in Ukraine.

She has worked in the commercial and residential property market for 11 years. She has worked for one of the leading consulting companies - Colliers International and the owner and manager of shopping centres - G City Europe. She specialises in the retail real estate sector, negotiating leases, advising on the development and implementation of tenant-mix strategies for various types of retail facilities. She was responsible for the leasing of shopping centres, retail parks, as well as the re-commercialisation of existing shopping centres, while modernising and repositioning them. In addition, she has successfully supported brokerage activities in the investment land market in terms of market research, analysis and the implementation of marketing activities. In recent years, she has been involved in advising and brokering on the Spanish market for properties for residential development and residences.

He has 13 years of experience in the commercial and residential property market. He gained it at leading residential developers in Poland such as Murapol and VINCI Immobilier. Among his competences were the acquisition of investment land for multi-family residential, commercial and office development and the negotiation of contracts. He was also associated with the banking industry. At Deutsche Bank, he was in charge of financing small and medium-sized enterprises, and at Polbank, he was in charge of financing property development investments and mortgage loans.
