Institutional rental market will grow and professionalize

In an interview with Rzeczpospolita, Daniel Puchalski, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of immo lab, discusses the current situation and potential of the #PRS sector in Poland and assesses the current condition of the commercial real estate market.

As Daniel Puchalski explains, the stagnation in residential retail sales will certainly have a positive impact on the opportunities for PRS funds, those smaller and larger, but also private entrepreneurs, who are increasingly building portfolios of 50, 100, 200 or 500 apartments for rent.
