The land market is red hot

The situation is similar to the buying frenzy we last saw at the turn of 2007 and 2008 – explains Daniel Puchalski, Managing Partner and Co-founder of immo lab.

The temperature in the market is very high, as can be seen from our transactions, and immo lab has been operating for only a year. In December we finalized the sale of almost 80 hectares of land near Kielce for industry. This was the biggest deal in the industrial investment land market in 2021. We advised the seller, Kompania Piwowarska, on this transaction on behalf of Knight Frank. The buyer remains undisclosed for now.

Previously, we closed two real estate acquisitions in Kraków for a large PRS fund.

We have many similar projects that will gradually close - we work with PRS investors, residential developers and investors in the logistics market. We are not a company specializing only in the land sector. We provide a 360-degree service, providing real estate investors and beyond with comprehensive support backed by extensive experience. For example, we work on a project for the PRS fund, from finding the land to selecting a developer who will build the apartments, and if necessary, arrange bridge financing.
